This meal plan is designed specifically for Crossfitters and power athletes. It has a macro nutrient profile of 40:30:30.

That is:

Carbs: 40% of your calories come from paleo carbohydrate sources 

Proteins: 30% of your calories come from paleo protein sources**

Positive Fats: 30% of your calories come from paleo positive fat sources


You have 3 months to use up the 30 days worth of meals, so if you need to postpone the meal plan for a while, that's cool with us :)

Step 1. Calculate your recommended daily caloric intake using our calculator if you haven't already done so in the "Start Here!" section

Step 2. Select your calorie intake from the drop down menu above

Step 3. Select payment method (Paypal charge 3.4% per transaction fee)

Step 4. Add the meal plan to the shopping cart

Step 5. Checkout as a visitor or setup an account for easy repeat orders in the future

Step 6. Select the delivery charge applicable to your meal plan 

Step 7. Make payment 48 hours in advance of next delivery day

Step 8. Receive your meals & enjoy!


**Protein Supplementation Caveat**

Beyond 2200 Kcals Crossfitter Plan it becomes difficult to get your protein in an efficient and economical way - therefore we felt it made sense to cap the protein we give you through our paleo food sources (meat, fish, poultry, egg whites) at 200 grams of protein per day. We advise you to supplement with a clean isolate protein shake in order to achieve the necessary caloric intake and protein levels you require to achieve your goals beyond the 2200 Kcal Crossfitter plan. Each plan above the 2200 Kcal plan includes 200 grams of protein per day that we can provide. A protein shake of approx 35g protein ranges roughly between 200-250 Kcal depending on what liquid you use (whether milk, water or juice). So beyond the 2200 Kcal Crossfitter plan we will provide additional calories in line with the requisite Carbs & Fats, but these plans are capped at 200 grams of protein - we suggest you follow these guidelines for Crossfitter plans over 2200 Kcal:

  • 2500 Kcals plan: You need to aim for 235 grams of protein per day a this caloric intake, but your meals will give you 200 grams or protein per day so we suggest you supplement by ADDING 1 Isolate Protein shake per day.
  • 2800 Kcals plan: You need to aim for 265 grams of protein per day a this caloric intake, but your meals will give you 200 grams or protein per day so we suggest you supplement by ADDING 2 Isolate Protein shake per day.
  • 3000 Kcals plan: You need to aim for 300 grams of protein per day a this caloric intake, but your meals will give you 200 grams or protein per day so we suggest you supplement by ADDING 3 Isolate Protein shake per day.
